All Time Low Revives Punk Spirit in the Bay Area
After nearly two decades of captivating fans with their catchy alternative rock, All Time Low continues to thrive. The Maryland-based pop-punk band first gained popularity in the early 2000s with hits like "Dear Maria, Count Me In" and "Weightless," solidifying their presence on the Billboard charts. Comprising lead singer Alex Gaskarth, guitarist Jack Barakat, bassist Zack Merrick, and drummer Rian Dawson, they have released nine studio albums, with their latest, "Tell Me I'm Alive," debuting in 2023. In a move reminiscent of pop star Taylor Swift, the band began rerecording their music in 2024 as part of their 20th anniversary project, "The Forever Sessions Vol. 1," allowing them to regain control of their masters under their label, Basement Noise Records. They are set to perform at the San Jose Civic on Tuesday, October 21, showcasing new tracks from their upcoming album, "Everyone's Talking," which releases on October 17.
